All Ecoflow and Bioflow rare earth and ceramic magnets are manufactured to a high quality and specification, and carry a lifetime manufacturer guarantee on the magnetic properties.

Subject to normal conditions of use all Bioflow products also carry a 12 month manufacturer warranty against faulty parts or workmanship. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2flow products carry a 90-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with their performance for any reason you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

The magnetic properties are guaranteed for life and every product carries a 10 year guarantee against faulty parts or worksmanship.

All Bioflow magnetic products carry an unconditional 90-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the performance for any reason you may return your purchase within 90 days for a refund of the purchase price, less 15% of the full brochure price (MRRP). Consumable products are excluded from the money back offer.

Health, beauty, home-care and indulgence products

These products carry a 14 day refund guarantee. Unwanted products must be returned unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging. Many of these products are consumable so once opened cannot be returned unless faulty.

Customer Loyalty Scheme

If at any time you would like to exchange or upgrade your Bioflow product for any brand new Bioflow within our range, we will allow up to 50% of the price you paid toward the cost of the new one. This scheme also applies to the Biophone and Bioguard. click here for details.

Mail Order

Mail order customers may return any purchase unused in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund (see terms below). Please contact us before returning any products.

Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to a 2% transaction fee. Bioflow refunds under the 90 day guarantee are subject to a deduction of 15% of the full brochure price (MRRP). Postage and delivery charges are not refundable. Refunds are made within 28 days of receipt of returned goods.

In all cases the product must be returned to us at our advertised address. We cannot replace or refund products that have been lost.
