Replacement
Straps
Replacement straps are NOT available for Bioflow wristbands and we
do not offer a repair service, to replace a Bioflow strap or bracelet please take
advantage of the customer loyalty scheme to replace or upgrade your Bioflow with a
discount of up to 50%.

Warranty
claims
All Bioflow bracelets carry a 12 month guarantee against faulty parts or
workmanship. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your Bioflow within the
warranty period your Bioflow will be replaced free of charge.

Satisfaction
guarantee
All Bioflow products carry a 90 day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If
having worn your Bioflow for 90 days you feel you have not benefited, please contact us to
arrange for a refund - click here for details.
Please wear your Bioflow for the full guarantee period before deciding whether you have
benefited. |
Mail-order guarantee
Mail order customers (including internet purchases) may return any
purchase unused in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund
(excl. shipping charges and a 2% transaction fee).

Payments
Payment may be made by VISA MASTERCARD SOLO DELTA SWITCH/MAESTRO.
American Express is not accepted.
Payment may be made by UK cheque in GBP Sterling. Please make cheques payable to
ECOMAGNETS, and write your cheque guarantee number on the back to avoid delays.

Delivery
| Most orders are despatched next working day where possible and in any
case within 5-7 days by first class business post. If your order is delayed for any reason
we will contact you. Products in the health, beauty, home-care and indulgence range
are available for delivery in the UK only.
For deliveries outside the UK your order may take up to 10 days to reach you. A signature
will be required on receipt.
Please note that Ecomagnets cannot be responsible for delays caused by your local postal
service.

Bioflow and Ecoflow products may be purchased from any country (except Japan).
Organic products in the health, beauty, home-care and indulgence range are available
for delivery in the UK only.
International Shipping
If the delivery address is not in the UK, please select the international option on the

Currency
Prices are shown in UK Pounds, we accept payment in GBP (UK pounds sterling) only. Prices
shown in other currencies are approximate, the actual price will depend on current
exchange rates.
Currency Charges
When paying by card your card issuer will convert the payment into your local currency and
may make a small charge for this service.
