For deliveries outside the UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Priority Airmail. Your
order may take up to 10 days to reach you. A signature will be required on receipt.

original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excl. shipping charges and

Bioflow for 90 days you feel you have not benefited, please contact us to arrange for a

All products carry a 12 month warranty against faulty parts or workmanship. In the
unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase within the warranty period your
product will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Your statutory rights are not
affected.
Sale items are new and unused in original packaging and are included in the standard
guarantees. Sales prices are price-compared with the manufacturer recommended retail price
(MRRP).

and Executive only.
Replacement straps are NOT available for older Bioflow models and we do not offer a repair
or refurbishment service for Bioflow wristbands or bracelets.
