Subject to normal conditions of use all Bioflow products also carry a 12 month
manufacturer warranty against faulty parts or workmanship and 10 years on Motoflow,
Thermoflow and H2flow. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2flow carry a 90-day money-back performance guarantee. If you
are not satisfied with the performance you may return your purchase for a 100% refund of
the purchase price.
Consumable products and strap-only purchases are excluded from
the money back offer. The 90-day guarantee applies to domestic residential customers only.
For fuel and water products the 90-day refund policy applies to single purchase
residential use, for commercial, industrial, business or trade purchases and installations

Mail-order customers may return any unwanted purchase unused in original packaging within 14
days of purchase for a full refund (see terms below).
Returned items that have been used or damaged may be subject to a deduction of 15% of the
